Shipping Time

All items are Custom Order or Made to Order and are handmade upon ordering so please allow 2-3 working business weeks for these items to ship out.
Please note that time quoted is just an approximation & could vary based on amount of orders received for the week. I try to stick to the current turn around time posted as close to it as possible but if you need your order by a certain date, please contact me to see if a rush order is possible.

Shipping within the US is shipped via First Class. Priority Mail shipping is extra. Shipping outside the U.S. is by First Class AirMail.

Rush shipping is available upon request for additional fee. Just contact us for pricing.

There is no refund for lost or undeliverable packages. NuxieMade is not responsible for any duty charges you may incur. There is no refund on postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with their postal carrier.

Please make sure that your address on PayPal is updated and accurate. For security reasons we cannot guarantee shipment to any address other than the one PayPal sends us as the shipping address. If you would like to send something as a gift or to a different address, please add the address to your PayPal  account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address.
