2. Where do you ship from? Eugene, Oregon

3.  How long does it take to ship my order? Ready to ship items are usually shipped within 72 hours. Made to order items are usually ship 7-14 business days. However, during our busy times, it can take up to 5 weeks. I will normally post current turn around time under Shipping Time page.

4. What is your return policy? You can find our return & exchange policies here.

5. Who makes your items? To ensure you are getting a quality product, all items are made by me, Melissa. I currently do not have any one assisting me. I do not outsource any of the items I sell. Beware of knock offs, only true NuxieMade will have a sewn on logo tag.
